Kalimor, the word puzzle game

Last updated: April 19, 2026

This policy describes how Kalimor ("we", "us", or "the game") handles information when you download or play our mobile game on Android or iOS. By using Kalimor, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1 Who we are

Kalimor is a word puzzle game built to help players learn English vocabulary in a fun, engaging way. The data controller responsible for your personal information is:

Kalimor

2 What the game processes

2.1 Stored on your device only

Kalimor saves game progress and preferences on your device using local storage such as Unity Player Preferences. This may include:

  • Current level, scores, stars, and similar gameplay state
  • Settings such as sound and music preferences or theme choices
  • Local counters (sessions played, words found, hints used) used only to improve your in-app experience

This data stays on your device unless you uninstall the app or clear app data. It is not uploaded to our servers.

You do not need an account to play Kalimor.

2.2 In-app purchases

If you buy optional items โ€” removing ads, for example โ€” Apple or Google processes the payment. We receive only what the store passes to developers, such as confirmation that a purchase completed and the product identifier. We never see your full payment card details.

3 Advertising

Kalimor may show ads using Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK). AdMob and its partners may collect and use information as described in Google's policies, which can include:

  • Device identifiers used for advertising and measurement, such as the Advertising ID on Android or the IDFA on iOS, where available and subject to your device and consent settings
  • IP address, coarse location, and technical data such as device type, OS, and app version

For more detail, see Google's Privacy Policy.

4 Security and retention

We rely on platform security from Google and Apple, plus reasonable practices in app development. Data stored only on your device is removed when you delete the app or clear its data, except where Google, Apple, or ad partners retain data under their own policies.

5 Your rights (EEA, UK & California)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of your personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.

  • For data processed by Google or Apple, use their privacy tools and your device settings.
  • For AdMob data, see Google's help and privacy pages.
  • To exercise rights against us directly, email one of the addresses in section 8 and we will respond as required by law.

6 International transfers

If you play outside the country where we operate, your information may be processed in countries where our service providers, such as Google, operate. Those providers may use standard contractual clauses or other safeguards as described in their own policies.

7 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The last updated date at the top changes when we do. Continued use of Kalimor after a change means you accept the updated policy, unless applicable law requires a different process.
